Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee queries and grievance support.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and monthly manpower data.
