Job Description
- Triage incoming patients and assess urgency based on severity of condition.
- Provide emergency nursing care for trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other critical cases.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
- Assist in emergency procedures such as intubation, CPR, wound care, and splinting.
- Monitor patient vital signs, observe changes, and report to physicians promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, interventions, and outcomes.
- Ensure infection control, safety protocols, and aseptic techniques are followed.
