Job Description
- Lead and manage the hospital’s engineering and maintenance department.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all utilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of biomedical and non-biomedical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and accreditation requirements (NABH, fire safety, etc.).
- Manage vendor contracts, AMC/CMC agreements, and service providers.
