Job Description
- Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted and OPD patients.
- Perform initial assessment, diagnosis and basic treatment of patients.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients as required.
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures and surgeries.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory and support departments.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in night duties, rotational shifts and on-call schedules.
