Job Description
- Coordinate daily dispatch of finished goods/materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way bill, Delivery Challan).
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies.
- Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking details.
- Verify order quantity and product details before dispatch.
- Monitor timely delivery and follow up with logistics partners.
- Maintain stock movement records in ERP system.
- Handle export dispatch documentation (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and safety guidelines.
