Job Description

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead internal audits, quality inspections, and compliance checks as per regulatory standards.
  • Develop, review, and update SOPs, manuals, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and process performance for continual improvement.
  • Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international quality and safety standards.
  • Supervise and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and training.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and implement quality improvement measures.
