Job Description

1. Lead and oversee QA operations across manufacturing units, ensuring full compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards (USFDA, WHO-GMP, MHRA).
2. Approve and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), packing records, and related quality documentation before product release.
3. Drive investigation of deviations, complaints, OOS/OOT results, and implement effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
4. Conduct internal audits, coordinate vendor audits, and support regulatory inspections and certification audits.
5. Review, revise, and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, change control, and compliance documentation.
