Job Description
- Plan, organize, and supervise API manufacturing activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor batch production processes, including reaction, filtration, drying, and packing.
- Optimize production processes to improve yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure proper documentation such as BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
