Description

Collect, analyse, and interpret healthcare data from multiple sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims databases, administrative systems, and external sources, to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement analytical models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to perform predictive modelling, risk stratification, population health analysis, and other advanced analytics tasks to support clinical and operational initiatives.
Design and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using healthcare analytics tools and software platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, Python, or IBM Watson Health, to communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, IT professionals, and business analysts, to define data requirements, prioritize analytics projects, and deliver analytics solutions that address strategic objectives and user needs.
Conduct data quality assessments, data validation, and data cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare data, and develop data quality improvement strategies and processes as needed.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare analytics, data science, and healthcare informatics through continuous learning, professional development, and participation in industry forums and conferences.
Support healthcare quality improvement initiatives, population health management programs, and value-based care initiatives by providing data-driven insights, performance metrics, and outcome measures to drive improvements in patient care and population health outcomes.
Assist in the development of data-driven strategies, policies, and interventions to address healthcare challenges, improve care delivery processes, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
