Job Description
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ETO machines, and washer disinfectors.
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage before sterilization.
- Pack and label sterile items according to hospital protocols.
- Maintain proper records of sterilization cycles and inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and distribution of sterile supplies to OT, wards, and departments.
