Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the CSSD department.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
- Monitor sterilization processes (autoclave, ETO, plasma sterilization).
- Maintain sterilization records, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and NABH standards.
- Coordinate with OT, ICU, and other departments for instrument requirements.
- Supervise CSSD staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
