Job Description
- Supervise and manage the CSSD team, including technicians and support staff.
- Oversee cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for OT, ICU, and other clinical departments.
- Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and chemical sterilizers, and ensure regular maintenance.
