  • Lead and deliver anesthesia services for elective & emergency surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic check-ups and formulate anesthesia plans.
  • Manage ICU, post-operative care & pain management services.
  • Teach and train undergraduate & postgraduate students.
  • Supervise residents, senior & junior faculty.
  • Participate in academic activities, CMEs, seminars & conferences.
  • Guide and conduct research, thesis & publications.
  • Ensure compliance with NMC, NABH & institutional standards.
  • Participate in examinations, assessments & faculty meetings.
