Key Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate and timely radiological diagnosis and reporting for OPD, IPD, emergency, and referred patients.
2. Perform and report Ultrasound, CT Scan, X-ray, and other imaging studies as per expertise and hospital facilities.
3. Interpret imaging findings and provide clinically relevant reports to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
4. Perform Doppler studies and other specialized imaging procedures as per expertise.
5. Evaluate emergency imaging cases and communicate critical findings promptly to the treating clinicians.
6. Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, and other specialists for appropriate interpretation and patient management.
7. Participate in image-guided procedures/interventions where applicable and within the scope of expertise.
8. Maintain accurate radiology records and ensure timely completion of reports.
9. Ensure adherence to radiation safety, infection control, quality standards, and hospital protocols.
10. Participate in departmental meetings, clinical discussions, and quality-improvement initiatives.
11. Maintain professional and ethical standards while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

1. MD Radiology / DNB Radiodiagnosis / DMRD from a recognized institution.
2. Relevant experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
3. Good exposure to CT, Ultrasound, Doppler, and X-ray reporting preferred.
4. Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with attention to detail.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fresh MD/DNB/DMRD candidates may also be considered depending on the hospital's requirements.
