Job Description

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPHIL) from a recognized medical institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in pediatric care, with demonstrated proficiency in NICU and PICU settings.
• Proven experience in managing neonatal and pediatric intensive care cases, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, and advanced life support.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a current license to practice.
• Strong understanding of pediatric protocols, infection control, and ethical standards in child healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Commitment to patient safety, continuous learning, and quality-driven care delivery.
