Job Description
- Perform and interpret routine and specialized pathology tests.
- Examine blood, tissue and body fluid samples for diagnosis.
- Validate, authorize and release laboratory reports.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of test results.
- Supervise laboratory staff and daily lab operations.
- Coordinate with clinicians for clinical correlation.
- Maintain documentation and comply with NABL standards.
- Participate in audits and continuous quality improvement activities.
