Job Description
- Examine and analyze tissue, blood, and other biological samples to diagnose diseases.
- Interpret laboratory test results and provide detailed pathology reports to clinicians.
- Perform autopsies, biopsies, and other diagnostic procedures as required.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to guide patient diagnosis, treatment, and care plans.
- Ensure all pathology work complies with medical, ethical, and legal standards.
- Supervise and mentor laboratory staff and junior pathologists.
- Participate in quality assurance, proficiency testing, and lab accreditation processes.
