Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage disorders of the brain, spine, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.
2. Evaluate patients through clinical examination, medical history, and diagnostic imaging.
3. Plan and perform neurosurgical procedures as required.
4. Manage emergency neurosurgical cases, including head injuries and spinal emergencies.
5. Review and interpret CT, MRI, and other relevant diagnostic reports.
6. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to surgical patients.
7. Monitor patients for complications and coordinate appropriate treatment.
8. Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and surgical risks.
9. Coordinate with neurologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and other specialists.
