Key Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with medical and acute clinical conditions.
2. Manage OPD and IPD patients and provide timely clinical evaluation and follow-up.
3. Handle medical emergencies and critically ill patients in coordination with the Emergency and Critical Care teams.
4. Evaluate and manage common chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, infections, respiratory disorders, and other internal medicine cases.
5. Conduct clinical rounds, review investigations, modify treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
6. Coordinate with specialists and other departments for multidisciplinary patient management and referrals.
7. Ensure appropriate use and interpretation of laboratory, radiological, and other diagnostic investigations.
8. Participate in clinical discussions, patient counselling, and treatment planning with patients and attendants.
9. Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and ethical medical practice.

Candidate Profile

1. MD Medicine / DNB Medicine from a recognized institution.
2. Candidates with relevant experience as a Consultant/Specialist in General Medicine preferred.
3. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to manage both OPD and IPD responsibilities and participate in emergency/clinical duties.
