1. Diagnose and manage patients with gastrointestinal conditions, including liver, pancreas, stomach, intestines, and colorectal disorders.
2. Perform elective and emergency GI surgeries, both open and minimally invasive (laparoscopic) procedures.
3. Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized surgical care plans in consultation with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Monitor post-operative recovery, manage complications, and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
5. Collaborate with gastroenterologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff for integrated patient management.
6. Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes, and documentation for audits and medico-legal purposes.
