2. Lead the ICU team, coordinating with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including ventilator management, hemodynamic support, and renal replacement therapy.
4. Perform invasive procedures such as central line placement, arterial cannulation, and bedside tracheostomy.
5. Monitor patient progress using advanced ICU monitoring systems and adjust therapy accordingly.
6. Participate in emergency interventions, resuscitations, and rapid response teams.
