- Operate the heart–lung machine during open-heart surgeries and other cardiac procedures.
- Monitor and control blood circulation, oxygen levels, and body temperature during surgery.
- Assist cardiac surgeons and anesthesiologists during cardiothoracic operations.
- Prepare and check perfusion equipment, circuits, and monitoring devices before procedures.
- Monitor patient vital parameters and maintain physiological stability during surgery.
- Maintain accurate perfusion records and surgical documentation.
