Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible.
Clinic Coordinator to oversee day-to-day clinical coordination, NABH-related documentation, SOP maintenance, quality compliance and patient-care coordination.
The candidate will act as a link between doctors, dental assistants, reception and management, ensuring that clinic protocols are followed and all required documentation is maintained accurately and on time.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule patient appointments, consultations, investigations, and follow-up visits.
Assist patients with treatment-related coordination and provide necessary information.
Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documents, and treatment-related information.
Coordinate with different hospital departments for timely investigations, procedures, and patient services.
Monitor patient appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up requirements.
