Job Description
- Administer chemotherapy drugs as per oncologist’s prescription.
- Prepare and handle cytotoxic medications safely.
- Monitor patients during and after chemotherapy infusion.
- Identify and manage side effects or adverse reactions.
- Maintain IV lines, infusion pumps, and chemotherapy ports.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, side effects, and precautions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and chemotherapy documentation.
