Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output and neurological observations (GCS, pupil checks)
Administer medications and IV fluids safely and accurately
Assist in emergency and trauma management, and post-operative neuro care
Maintain nursing records and handover documentation
Ensure infection control, patient safety and hygiene protocols
Support and communicate with patients and attendants with care and empathy
