Job Description
- Operate and maintain catheterization lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Assist cardiologists during angiography, angioplasty, and other cardiac procedures.
- Prepare the cath lab and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready for procedures.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and assist in patient preparation before procedures.
- Maintain accurate procedural records, logs, and patient documentation.
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues with cath lab equipment.
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital guidelines.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment in the cath lab.
- Support post-procedure patient care and documentation.
