Description
- ISHTAH Ultrasound & Diagnostic Centre is looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, and healthcare providers across the Manikonda–Narsingi–Puppalaguda–Khajaguda–Kokapet region.
- This is a field-based role focused on growing ultrasound, diagnostic, laboratory, and healthcare service referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor & Clinic Relationship Building
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers daily.
- Build strong professional relationships with referring physicians.
- Promote ISHTAH's ultrasound, laboratory, and diagnostic services.
- Ensure regular follow-up with existing referral partners.
- Reactivate inactive referral sources.
Business Development
- Identify new referral opportunities within assigned territory.
- Generate and convert leads into active referral relationships.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists, corporate organizations, and healthcare businesses.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
Referral Management
- Track referrals and maintain accurate records.
- Collect feedback from doctors and patients.
- Resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Ensure smooth communication between referrers and ISHTAH team.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Gather information on diagnostic trends and referral patterns.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Any Graduate.
Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostics, Hospital Marketing, or Medical Representative experience preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
Experience
- 1–5 years in healthcare marketing, diagnostics marketing, pharma sales, hospital marketing, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
