- Lead and manage the Billing Department for IPD, OPD, Emergency, and Corporate/TPA billing operations.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent billing as per hospital tariffs and insurance/TPA guidelines.
- Oversee cash billing, credit billing, package billing, and discharge billing processes.
- Coordinate with Insurance/TPA teams for pre-authorizations, approvals, and claim settlements.
- Monitor revenue cycle management (RCM) to reduce billing errors and revenue leakage.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, documentation standards, and audit processes.
