- Generate OPD and IPD bills accurately and timely.
- Prepare estimates, packages, and final discharge bills.
- Coordinate with TPAs / insurance companies for approvals.
- Handle cash, credit, and insurance billing cases.
- Ensure correct posting of services, investigations, and procedures.
- Maintain billing records and reports.
- Resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with front office, wards, and clinical departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and NABH standards.
