- Provide anaesthesia for brain, spine, and neurovascular surgeries
- Manage perioperative care of neurosurgical patients (pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative)
- Monitor and maintain intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion, and neurophysiological stability
- Handle emergency neurosurgical and trauma cases
- Supervise and guide junior anaesthesiologists, residents, and technicians
- Participate in ICU care of neurocritical patients when required
