Job Description
- Lead and manage ICU/CCU/HDU patient care independently.
- Diagnose and treat critically ill patients with multi-organ dysfunction.
- Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic instability, and advanced life support.
- Perform and supervise invasive procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intubation, tracheostomy, chest tube insertion).
- Develop and implement treatment protocols for critical conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, trauma, cardiac arrest, and organ failure.
