Job Description

1. Teach Neonatology and Pediatrics to MBBS and postgraduate students (theory, clinical, and bedside teaching).
2. Conduct neonatal care in NICU, including care of high-risk and sick newborns.
3. Supervise neonatal procedures such as intubation, central lines, phototherapy, and resuscitation.
4. Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
5. Assist in supervision of PG dissertations and departmental research projects.
6. Conduct research and contribute to publications in indexed journals as per NMC norms.
7. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, CMEs, and academic meetings.
