Job Description

1. Supervise and coordinate daily QC laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
2. Review and approve test results of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
3. Lead investigations of deviations, non-conformities, and product complaints.
4. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain product quality.
5. Ensure calibration, maintenance, and validation of QC instruments and equipment.
6. Collaborate with production, R&D, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
7. Conduct internal audits and participate in external inspections as required.
