Job Description

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) as per GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage deviations, OOS, OOT, change controls, incidents, and ensure timely closure with effective CAPA.
• Review and approve SOPs, specifications, protocols, reports, and other QMS documents.
• Ensure effective document control and data integrity practices across departments.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external/regulatory audits (WHO-GMP, USFDA, etc.).
• Monitor and trend quality metrics such as deviations, complaints, CAPA effectiveness, and audit observations.
