- Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure production processes follow GMP, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring team performance and compliance.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure in-process checks and product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and yield analysis.
