Job Description
- Supervise maintenance of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with biomedical team for equipment maintenance and uptime.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) and optimize usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and NABH guidelines.
- Manage AMC/CMC contracts and vendor coordination.
