Job Description

1. Assist in the evaluation and management of patients requiring cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical interventions.
2. Participate in surgical procedures, including CABG, valve surgeries, thoracic procedures, and vascular reconstructions under supervision.
3. Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative care for surgical patients.
4. Monitor patients in ICU and wards, ensuring timely recognition and management of complications.
5. Collaborate with consultants, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams for patient care.
6. Supervise and guide junior surgical staff and residents in daily clinical activities.
7. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
8. Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions, surgical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
