Job Description
- Lead and deliver anesthesia services for elective & emergency surgeries.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic check-ups and formulate anesthesia plans.
- Manage ICU, post-operative care & pain management services.
- Teach and train undergraduate & postgraduate students.
- Supervise residents, senior & junior faculty.
- Participate in academic activities, CMEs, seminars & conferences.
- Guide and conduct research, thesis & publications.
- Ensure compliance with NMC, NABH & institutional standards.
- Participate in examinations, assessments & faculty meetings.
- Contribute to departmental development & quality improvement initiatives.
