- Provide expert clinical care to neonates in NICU, including preterm, low birth weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Diagnose, treat, and monitor neonatal medical and surgical conditions.
- Perform and supervise neonatal procedures such as resuscitation, ventilation, intubation, central line insertion, and exchange transfusion.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal resuscitation.
