Qualification: MSc/BSc
Location: Venkateshwar Hospital, Dwarka - New Delhi, Delhi
Work Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Job Description

Plan, develop and deliver nursing education and training programs.
Conduct orientation programs for newly joined nursing staff.
Provide ongoing clinical training and skill enhancement sessions.
Assess nursing competencies and identify training needs.
Ensure adherence to nursing standards, protocols and best practices.
Support implementation of infection control and patient safety guidelines.
Maintain training records, attendance and evaluation reports.
Coordinate with nursing leadership for staff development initiatives.
Assist in preparation for NABH, JCI and other accreditation audits.
Mentor and guide nursing staff for professional growth and quality care.
