- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned zone to achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Executives
- Identify growth opportunities and expand the customer and distributor base
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and market coverage
