Description
- Ensure the achievement of Zonal Sales Targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with ethical practices as outlined by the organization.
- Direct selling activities within the zone, prioritizing tasks to optimize results.
- Adhere to the Business Plan for the Zone, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Forecast zonal sales accurately and effectively.
- Maintain a strict vigil on inventories, liquidation, collection, and overall operational efficiency.
- Build and develop personal rapport with core KOLs in the area/region.
- Manage key accounts and clinics effectively.
- Engage customers through scientific platforms, camps, and campaigns in alignment with organizational norms.
- Demonstrate and detail products to all stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to Territory Business Executives (TBEs), Area Business Managers (ABMs), and Regional Business Managers (RBMs).
- Mentor ABMs/RBMs to play a pivotal role in market development and penetration.
