- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the sales team.
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data / sales data presentations and briefings.
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
- To take care of all the publishing material of the Laboratory namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.
- Ability to see big tickets in terms of people processes and customer.
- Building plans & to execute it in terms of changing dynamics for future expansion.
- Building Team for Execution.
- Optimal utilization of cross functional resources like HR, Sales &Marketing, Finance, Doctors and other support functions.
- Effective review and feed back to the colleagues.
- Building highly engaged teams who are extremely customer focused and result oriented.
- Ensuring “Execution Excellence” across teams of key Strategies & business decisions.
- Toachieve monthly and yearly sales target.

- Staying informed about the activities of health services in a pathology field.

- Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
