X-Ray Technician

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as prescribed by physicians

• Position patients correctly and ensure optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
• Operate and maintain X-ray machines, CR/DR systems, and related imaging equipment
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and safety during the imaging process
• Follow safety protocols and radiation protection measures for both patients and staff
• Process and review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic value before submission to the radiologist
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of performed procedures
• Assist in mobile radiography for patients unable to be transported to the radiology department
• Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of equipment and report any technical issues immediately
