• They position patients and operate radiographic equipment to produce clear images, ensuring patient safety and maintaining records.
• Mandatory to have AERB license.
• Explain X-ray procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns.
• Position patients correctly and comfortably on the X-ray table to obtain optimal images.
• Ensure patient safety and privacy throughout the imaging process.
• Operate X-ray machines and adjust settings to capture high-quality images.
• Follow established protocols for different types of X-ray examinations.
• Use protective equipment and measures to minimize radiation exposure to patients and self.
• Capture clear and accurate X-ray images for diagnostic purposes.
• Review images for quality and clarity, and retake images if necessary.
• Must be have government certificate of particular field.
