Description

Operate Washing Tunnel Equipment: Operate washing tunnel machinery and systems to clean and sanitize items according to established procedures and specifications. Start, stop, and adjust washing cycles as necessary to achieve desired cleanliness levels.
Monitor Washing Processes: Monitor washing tunnel operations to ensure effective cleaning and sanitation of items. Maintain proper temperature, pressure, and chemical concentrations throughout the washing cycle to optimize cleaning performance.
Conduct Quality Checks: Perform quality checks on washed items to ensure they meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. Inspect items visually or using testing equipment to detect any residual contaminants or debris.
Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance tasks on washing tunnel equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Clean and lubricate machinery, replace worn parts, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions as needed.
Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow safety protocols and procedures to operate washing tunnel equipment safely. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and adhere to safety guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
