<ul><li>Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / SAP systems.</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.</li><li>Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and supplier documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials as per Good Storage Practices (GSP).</li><li>Coordinate with production and distribution teams for timely dispatch.</li><li>Maintain proper records of stock movements, batch numbers, and expiry dates.</li><li>Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.).</li><li>Prepare and update SOPs related to warehouse operations.</li></ul>
