<ul><li>Oversee receipt, verification, and storage of materials (RM/PM/FG) as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records, GRNs, bin cards, and ERP entries for all warehouse items.</li><li>Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and handling of materials as per quality and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC for material issuance, sampling, and timely availability.</li><li>Monitor storage conditions including temperature, humidity, and cleanliness.</li><li>Implement FIFO/FEFO and ensure material traceability across warehouse operations.</li><li>Conduct periodic cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile stock variances.</li><li>Manage dispatch activities, packaging verification, and documentation for finished goods.</li></ul>
