Description

Dispensing, RM/PM, Receipt.
Finished Goods/Dispatch Area.
Receive incoming shipments, inspecting them for damage or discrepancies, verifying quantities, and recording received items in the inventory management system.
Organize received goods in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and placement to facilitate easy access and efficient retrieval.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment of stock.
Pick items from inventory shelves according to pick lists or customer orders, verify product details and quantities, and pack them securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with packaging standards and shipping instructions.
Process orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software (WMS) or order management systems, generating packing slips, shipping labels, and other necessary documentation.
Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery or pickup, including palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and staging shipments for carrier pickup or loading onto delivery vehicles.
Coordinate with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers, maintaining communication and resolving any shipping-related issues.
