Description

Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining a safe working environment.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of products according to customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to comply with health and safety regulations, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries in the warehouse.
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance on best practices for material handling, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring that all equipment is in safe working condition.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping and receiving activities, and equipment usage, preparing regular reports for management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the warehouse operations, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
